The shuttle was on time and easy to use. You must book a spot on the shuttle bus and be advised that it does not drop off at the actual terminal. You will need to take a bus from the drop off point to the air train to your desired terminal. Budget at least 20 minutes for this process when you schedule your departure time from the hotel.
