"My family rented this home to all be together to celebrate my mom's birthday! There was plenty of space, the house is huge. We spent most of our time on the middle level in the kitchen, game room, and theater. The theater seats were very comfortable and it was the perfect place for some downtime. The only negative is the train close by, and with it being an old home, voices travel and the floors creaked, so it could be pretty loud, but that was to be expected. The location was great and close...

"Brought several family members to celebrate a birthday. It was wonderful to have everyone under the same roof, and have plenty of space for everyone. Huge bonus that this property is pet friendly. We travel with our elderly dog and we always appreciate properties that allow my mellow old girl to stay with us. My family loved the house and raved about the views. Loved how close to everything it was. I'm glad it didn't snow - as those roads in the bluffs of Dubuque are steep!"

"Located right downtown in Dubuque, this is perfectly secluded on a side street up against the bluff. Quiet and idyllic. The house is well apportioned, which suits itself well to making meals in. But it’s also close to several good places to eat. The beds and linens were comfortable and the furniture was all in good shape and well suited to a gathering of up to six. An added bonus was the bathroom on the first floor, which is different from many of these kinds of row houses. "
