"Hotels.com completely dropped the ball on this one. The hotel is not operating. 3 weeks before I checked in, I started to get emails saying the hotel was closed, but they had the wrong itinerary number, and my booking was still active so I called Hotels.com. They told me the emails and calls were scams and to ignore them! So I show up at the hotel, and lo and behold the place is shut down. 3 hours on the phone with hotels.com, can't find a room and they barely covered my costs for their...
