"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"

"This home was everything the site claimed. Plenty of room. We had 8 adults and it was comfortable. Was easy to get in and communication was excellent even when I needed some assistance late at night getting into the property. It was my fault but response time was immediate. "

"Came to OP for the OPHS 40 year reunion. Wanted a different experience than just a hotel. Cobre Retreat is on my old Clay Today paper route. The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenietly located to Kingsley and Park Ave. Would come back if I'm in the area."
