"I found this place last minute because the reservation I had made to another hotel did not go through. When I got to this hotel, property manger Erica was at the front desk and mentioned there were no rooms available except for one that had not been cleaned yet. Erica quickly cleaned the room herself for me to stay at within 30 mins, despite guests coming in and out of the office every 3 minutes. The room was clean, appliances worked and its in a great spot too!"

"Great location for Downtown events. We had a great river view room...There were a couple issues that should be repaired. The shower door leaked and the sliding door to the balcony was not in good operating condition! The Lobby and Room was clean, but hallways and elevator not so much."

"The Flagler Inn was a fair hotel for our stay in St. Augustine. Upon arrival, we noticed a bit of humidity in the room (which is normal for Florida), but setting the AC to dehumidifier mode resolved the issue quickly. The location was very convenient, with everything we wanted to explore close by, which made getting around easy. The hotel provided a decent and comfortable place to rest after a day of sightseeing. "We had a nice stay. It’s a convenient place and within walking distance to St. George Street. There was a refrigerator in the room so that’s a plus. It was a little loud, but I guess that’s to be expected in this area (it’s a busy area). Overall a great place to spend the night."
