" 2 or 3 front desk staff are friendly but the rest are snob. The restaurant staffs are okay but the chicken strip that they served was burnt & dry"

"Great staff. Location few steps from metro station, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping malls, restaurants and staff. Water in the rooms, soft drinks including sugar free very convenient. Breakfast was included but not impressive, few fruit selection, bread was not fresh but overall experience was very good. Top terrace, dining and pool were also great. "

"Customer service was excepcional Christian went beyong his duty. After being left stranded by Viator Tours, Cristian secure a Private tour so I could see Viña Del Mar y Valparaiso. Victor was extremely helpful and John the driver couldn’t be nicer. Definitely I would recommend and stay at the Hyatt in Santiago de Chile. Five stars. . "

"I am a female solo traveler and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean, very walkable to all the sites and various restaurants and the staff extremely kind, professional and helpful. I had to find a way to get from Santiago to Concón and was trying to secure an uber but the staff suggested I take a local bus that would save me a lot of money and time (bc it was difficult to find an uber that would actually take me 2 hrs to the coast). The kind staff who helped me book this bus ride went above and beyond and I was so grateful bc it was a part of my trip that I had not fully planned out. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! "The hotel was in an excellent position, very close to the shopping mall with lots of restaurants close by. The bus stop for the hop on hop off bus was just 50 m away which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The only drawbacks were not having a comfortable lounge for two people to sit on and the shower took a long time for the hot water to come through (and sometimes it didn’t come through). Would stay here again. "

"This hotel is perfectly positioned just 2 minutes walk from arrivals. The staff are obviously aware that many travellers will be in a hurry to reach their beds and check in was friendly but fast. We were allowed to take our airport trolley to our room. We arrived at 9 and had to leave at 2.45 but managed to get as much sleep as possible. It may seem a bit expensive for such a short stay but the convenience was well worth it"
