"Shannon was so thoughtful in preparing her home for our stay. There were heaters on when we arrived in addition to the central heating system. The home was plowed regularly so we had easy access. The home was so cozy and carefully decorated. It was clean and very comfortable in every way!Thank you Shannon! We look forward to our next visit!"

"The house was even better than the description/pictures - it exceeded our expectations! We spent a fantastic four days here and there are so many lovely small touches that just made the house exceptional (the bathroom under the stairs, the framed papers, etc... so cool!). The owners were so thoughtful in how they decorated for the holidays and communicated ahead of time, making sure we would walk into a warm home. During our stay they were responsive and helpful and we can't thank them enough...

" We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space in the bedrooms to unpack for our weekend in Buffalo. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring we had a great night's rest. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we wanted to explore in Buffalo within easy reach. The house description and photos were spot on, so there were no surprises. "This 3 bedroom, one bath was such a convenient location to visit my mother-n-law 4min away. It was spacious so we didn’t feel cramped. There was a low battery in the thermostat that was taken care of promptly. Loved the bathroom bidet and shower pressure. "

"We highly recommend this large home for a big family gathering. We used it for “home away from home” for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked. The towels and sheets were super-soft, and the mattresses were very comfortable. We would absolutely book here again! "

"We have one of the best rental experiences that I can recall during our stay in Lancaster. Four of us came in to go to a bills game and the location couldn’t have been any more perfect with convenience to both the stadium, grocery stores and restaurants, the airport and Buffalo and the surrounding area. The house was a great size with the bedroom, set up and included all of the needed kitchen, utensils and coffee maker, etc.. We actually never had to contact the owner as they had everything...
