"A great property,very comfortable,needs a little TLC. Very well equiped kitchen,a great fridge,we had lovely evenings in front of the fire with our after dinner aperitif. A very relaxing oasis ,we all had great sleeps. Convienient location for exploring the Bordeau area. Easy train connection to Bordeau city,and very close to a great supermarket in Montpon. We had a great time."

"Endroit calme et reposant avec un beau parc, piscine et jacuzzi. La maison est grande, mais le ménage n'a jamais été fait. Vitres, rideaux jamais nettoyés, la cuisine est crasseuse, de la graisse et de la crasse depuis plusieurs années. Nous avons du faire des barbecues, aller au restaurant et acheter des plats préparés pour ne pas utiliser la cuisine. "Our third stay at this villa and the first with Fabrice the new owner, who has made numerous improvements. It was good before and is now excellent. The weather for our second week was wet and chilly, so could have done with the pool being heated, but understand this is one of the plans for next year. We will definitely try to go back again."

"This house and grounds is made for families, it is spacious both inside and out, with good sized bedrooms and open plan living areas. The children and grandchildren loved all the technology and lighting features and especially loved the gorgeous pool. "The property is beautiful and the setting is extremely tranquil and restful. The house has absolutely everything that you need for a prolonged stay and with a car is conveniently located for grocery shopping etc. The area is absolutely beautiful and the wines are very good. We visited the local Chateau de Monbazillac and thatcan be recommended. "Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in dem sehr schön gelegenen, liebenswert umgebauten authentischen Bauernhaus Nähe Rauzan. Der Pool war gut gewartet und sehr angenehm, das Haus ist großzügig mit viel Platz und viel Gelegenheit für Freizeitaktivitäten und künstlerischen Betätigungen.
