"It is an amazing location however if you are a light sleeper you should bring ear plugs. Please note our room was very close to the Piazza so that could have been a factor otherwise very spacious and helpful staff, small elevator but it was fine and functional."

"Wonderful property. The room was everything we could wish for. It is also centrally located, near the train station, about 25 minutes to the airport and easy walking to the Duomo and Baptistry. The only suggestion I would have is to upgrade the internet. It sometimes was slow and we experienced some drops. We can easily recommend our room #5 "

"The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
