We were moved the next morning to better and bigger rooms which were much more convenient. However , these rooms were also not cleaned properly. A dead bug remained in the floor for our whole stay. "Ho prenotato la sera e ricevuto conferma di prenotazione. La mattina seguente, già in viaggio mi chiama la struttura dicendomi che la pompa artesiana era rotta e non poteva accogliermi. Ho chiesto una soluzione sostitutiva che non ha trovato, mi ha pure chiesto di cancellare la prenotazione, cosa che non ho fatto. Ero con la famiglia e ho dovuto arrangiarmi! Scandaloso!"
