"When checked in - both rooms were super small with many deficiencies - they were dirty, main light did not work , handles on dresser was broken , we were given small towels (did not know until the next day that they actually have large towels). We were moved the next morning to better and bigger rooms which were much more convenient. However , these rooms were also not cleaned properly. A dead bug remained in the floor for our whole stay. One day they completely forgot to clean the room. ...

"Ho prenotato la sera e ricevuto conferma di prenotazione. La mattina seguente, già in viaggio mi chiama la struttura dicendomi che la pompa artesiana era rotta e non poteva accogliermi. Ho chiesto una soluzione sostitutiva che non ha trovato, mi ha pure chiesto di cancellare la prenotazione, cosa che non ho fatto. Ero con la famiglia e ho dovuto arrangiarmi! Scandaloso!"

Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und es gibt ausreichend Terrassen um zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen schönen Rückzugsort zu finden. "Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
