In particular, we would commend Mr. Ganga (our personal concierge), Ms. Nila (who graciously received us at check-in), Ms. Dewi (excellent host for our breakfast), and Mr Manar (filled in when Ganga was not there). Exceedingly good service requires a team to make it this way and we especially felt it with these people."
