I'm not sure if there was a guest staying above me. but I really appreciated that I didn't have to hear someone's footsteps because of thin floors and walls. The staff was also very friendly, saying "welcome back" and "enjoy your day/evening" when leaving and coming back to the premises. I also appreciated the overall cleanliness.
