"The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. "Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

"Super stay at this special “micro mansion”, inspiring and creative. I enjoyed the streamlined functionality “Japanese” nuances throughout the space. Communication with the owner was on point- the gate to the tiny home had been broken prior to my arrival, a repairman was sent immediately to fix the situation. If you prefer spartan, clean and quiet experience, this property is perfect!"

"The description is entirely misleading. This was not “a lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood,” it’s an apartment and it was not lovely. The garage is detached and the apartment door has an iron grate over it. It was not a good neighborhood, and as a woman, it felt unsafe. The people hanging out outside their garage did not seem friendly. I found a hotel instead. Vrbo has no quality control, and did nothing to help with the situation, and the hosts just argued with me."

"While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money"

"This property was perfect. We slept with the windows open at night and the river behind the property lulled us to sleep and created tranquil and serene environment to unplug and relax. "Great pre-stay communication with owner regarding kitchen amenities (the units have a stovetop but no oven). Please to find most basic kitchenware included (pot, pan, can opener, knives, salt/pepper, strainer). Quiet location, centrally located in Palmdale. The pool looks nice, even though we didn’t use it. They *may* be serving continental breakfasts again, though I’m not sure whether that was a Christmas morning exception. Thanks!!"
