"The hotel was really good and fun with my family, Everything is true as of what the description said. Although I did wish there was more pillows in the room I was in, and the pool was cold, there wasn’t any heaters but besides that it was okay, if you want a hot pool I don’t recommend this, this is more of a summer type hotel"

"Check in clerk was very accommodating. Have us a great room. Pool was in great condition, clean, indoors, great treat in January. Overnight stay for us, so not much interaction with the cleaning crew but everyone seemed very friendly. No loud guests around us. We had a good night. Complementary breakfast had good variety and quantity."

"The hotel didn't particularly stand out in any way, and generally I had a pleasant stay, with one glaring exception. We were on vacation visiting a lot of the New England areas, and had a large, heavy gift bag of souvenirs and gifts we had bought. Housekeeping took it, and when we found it missing they claimed Housekeeping said they thought it was trash. Everything in the bag was brand new and there was no trash in the bag.
