"Great experience. The hotel was in an authentic Boston location near the subway and copley square. the lobby was inviting and sold good coffee. The front staff were helpful, kind and answered all of my annoying questions. I had to cut short my trip and the hotel has a policy to refund you if you let them know ASAP. Thanks Kim. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms were immaculate as well as the bathrooms"

"Service at the front desk was great. Our room was beautiful. My only complaint is there was no microwave or mini fridge To store the delicious leftovers from Rare, Fratelli’s, and Giardino. The valet accidentally took keys for a different vehicle out of our car when we arrived. We realized when we got home to CT that we didn’t have the keys to our other vehicle. The hotel had someone deliver the keys to us. "
