"Location of the Villa is very convenient and centralised. One of the most beautiful Villa in Bali. Staffs were extremely helpful and nice especially Ms Ayu. Was down with Bali Belly and the team really showed their concern and provide us with the best hospitality. Excellent. "

"I really enjoyed staying in this villa. Even though in the busy area, the villa creates very cosy and tropical space. I like the good sense of the room, patio, and garden. They are so fashionable and have a natural taste. The staffs are very friendly and kind.We had a very nice breakfast (we can choose from many varieties, including Japanese) and afternoon tea beside the pool everyday. A blast in Bali!

"Absolutely beautiful property with huge lush gardens, nicely appointed rooms, very quiet and hospitable. Staff is smiling, polite, always ready to assist and very efficient.. the hotel and its sister hotel Andaz have fantastic food to offer from Indonesian (Omang Omang which also hosted the delicious and huge buffet breakfast) to Italian ( pizzaria) to fresh seafood (The fisherman’s club @ Andaz). NYE event was a blast. Can’t name all the staff individually but they all participated to make our stay memorable..we however need to mention Eka a great spa therapist!"

Very relaxing stay

"We had a very relaxing 5 night stay over new years. Staff very friendly, daily morning and night room service was lovely. Gardens and grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. We didn’t opt to pay extra for breakfast in their restaurant as there are so many options around Ubud. Located in a great areas close to everything. Although overcast and rainy most days of our stay we still utilised the pools, pool bar staff very attentive. Overall would highly recommend Alaya!"
