"Great family friendly hotel. Rooms are huge, staff are amazing & friendly. Our housekeeping staff did many different towel animals each day which the kids loved & also played some elf on the shelf style pranks with their other soft toys, which was also a hit to come back to each day. Good large pool & decent sized water slide & kids pool area with a small playground. Various games in kids club, a PS4, small indoor area for toddlers. I really felt like royalty. The property is immaculate and groomed every day. Our villa was so private and clean. I could easily live there! "Over all my experience and the property was great! It was more than I could ask for. From the unique room entries to the outdoor walkway from the bedroom to the living room and outdoor pool. It was amazing! The ONLY thing i say they need to work on is CLEAN THE TOILET/TOILET SEAT!!! It looks and smells like they haven’t cleaned it in months.
