"A part le volume de la salle a manger et la cuisine. Le logement est très sale, toiles d araignee datant de mois voir année . Les chambres sont sales et a fuir si vous faîtes des allergies. Pas de lumière dans les toilettes en remplacement des veilleuses !! Une chambre qui fait a peine 4 m2 sans lumière. Cher pour un logement insalubre. Sans parler de l électricité qui se coupe, nous laissant une bonne partie de la soirée dans le noir."

"Easy secured parking. Friendly staff. Beds are very comfortable so meeting my need as basically we just want a comfy sleep for a stopover stay. Some improvement can be made for in-room facilities like kettle, so at least we can get some hot water to drink in winter time without going all the way to the reception just for a cup of hot water."

"The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. No food only Pizza for dinner. Which was cold in middle and heated in microwave. No tea and coffee facilities. No fresh milk just UHT. If your using it just for stop over and just need a place to crash excellent as bed was nice shower was great as well"

"Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side. If we had not challenged this would not have been changed. There seemed to be a lot of uncertainty over taxes and on checkout there seemed to be...

"Easy to locate, clean and good parking. La Boucherie is an alternative to McD's for an evening meal. Excellent. "

"Friendly and welcoming staff on reception. Room, albeit a bit small, was clean. Bathroom was very clean, great shower. Good hairdryer. Bed was comfortable and pillows too. Breakfast, good choices. Underground carpark, safe and secure for 10€ per night. Would stay here again if in the area. 👍😃"

"I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too. When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again. And just like last year, everyone was super nice.
