This is great place to stay while in Rouen. Brand new property and less than a 25 min. Walk to the city center. Parking is 20 euro and safe while convenient. Rooms are spacious and brand new. Staff is lovely at check in and check out. Thank you Fanny at check in for being able to guide us on questions we had. Safe area and up on a hill. Nice place to wind down with after dinner drinks and relax in the common area.

High quality and comfortable hotel
Lovely and interesting renovation of an old school building. Room was really comfortable and well appointed with high quality furnishings. Breakfast was lovely and again of a high quality. There was a small but decent gym. Only negative for us was that whilst the hotel does have a spa/ pool this was part of a facility which cost an additional £20euros entry for 2 hours access and had quite limited opening hours (i.e. not open pre breakfast and closed quite early in the evening) which made it not worthwhile for us on a one night stay. The hotel is walk from the centre of town which is a bit hilly on the return. Again not an issue for us but could be for some. - though think it was on a bus route. Overall though highly recommended

The bathroom is very tiny. The water temperature in the shower would suddenly get hot or cold. Sink is too small and no counter to put toiletries. Staff is very nice and hotel is very clean.

Above all the service which was prompt, helpful and friendly. The view of Rouen is gorgeous as are the gardens. Breakfasts are delicious and the food plentiful. Well equipped and pleasent gym A hotel to enjoy and relax in, and a good base to see Rouen

L’accueil, l’hôtel et le restaurant était top ! Prévenir à l’avance quand vous installez des clients dans une chambre handicapée car une lumière de secours reste allumée toute la nuit. Déception sur la température de la piscine qui était froide, nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter. Je recommande évidemment l’hôtel car il était très beau et on s’y sent bien !

Hôtel neuf mais beaucoup de poussière dans les chambres.. nous avons dû demander de refaire le ménage! Sur la partie restauration des efforts encore à faire car ne remettent pas tout systématiquement et le soir au restaurant peu de choix et des choses manquantes. Cependant, très à l’écoute et sont conscients des choses à améliorer.

Decevant tant au niveau reception Spa indisponible et personne nayant jamais rappelé pour avoir l'honnêteté de le dire Et alors le petit deja pas au standing d'un hyatt.... Service depassée par le nombre de clients a 9h 1 seule machine a café et en panne a deux reprises.. Buffet mal desservi pour le prix beaucoup trop daliments manquant sans parler des restant de pancake trop dur et inmangeable.. Aucune offre commerciale a laccueil franchement deplorable
