We picked this hotel location for the proximity to the airport and the RER train station. However, pictures of the rooms we saw did NOT match the actual room, which was not much larger than the queen-sized bed and sparsely decorated. Check-in took about half an hour in line, as the clerk was new and was getting limited support checking guests in. There are a few restaurants around, including one in the adjoining hotel that was good. But you are quite a distance from metro Paris, so just keep that in mind. This is a pretty bare-bones experience, so know that you are not going to get a lot of support. We would not stay here again.

Ace Hotels are reliable places to stay for an overnight stay onwards to your final destination. They are always clean and the staff are helpful and efficient. The showers are hot, the shower gel always replenished (and it smells great) and the beds comfortable. They are usually very well positioned for continuing your journey the next day too. Highly recommended.

Recommend for an overnight stay
We stayed overnight on our way to the Vendee, spacious room, very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Plenty of food for breakfast. Would recommend it to anyone doing the same and plenty of restaurants close by. Customer care was excellent.

Spotlessly clean. Even saw one of the staff sweeping out the sill at the bottom of the automatic door frame at the entrance. Lovely to see such attention to detail. Rooms and bed comfortable, with air conditioning and free WiFi.

Easy to locate, quiet location, the hotel is new and clean. Staff are friendly. Room was large . Secured gated parking is great. Dog friendly. Only negative, no coffee / tea making in room as no kettle which is a shame. You have access to some boiling water from a machine in reception but not ideal. Overall a good one night stay.
