Easy secured parking. Friendly staff. Beds are very comfortable so meeting my need as basically we just want a comfy sleep for a stopover stay. Some improvement can be made for in-room facilities like kettle, so at least we can get some hot water to drink in winter time without going all the way to the reception just for a cup of hot water.

We have stayed twice at this excellent hotel travelling from and to the UK. Good secure parking right next to the hotel. Pet friendly except your pet cannot go in the breakfast room. Very clean. Two local restaurants 2 minutes walk away. we have used the burger/beer bar twice and it is excellent. Nearby McDonalds if you just want a snack.

Another comfy stopover
Always a good stay at Ace Hotel Rouen. The reception staff are always so friendly, helpful and polite. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the location us perfect for travel to and from the UK.

Very clean and fresh hotel, I can't believe it's 20 year old, somehow they managed to maintain it in top condition. Excellent place to stop over night, with nice restaurants right next to the hotel.
