"The hosts Miguel and Sandra were so sweet and accommodating and thoughtful to our every need. The rooms and the house is so luxurious but still with the comfy Alentejo vibe. Breakfast was amazing and varied with the hosts having breakfast with us (due to our invitation) and telling us local stories and cultures. Couldn't have been better. Highly recommended"

"This is a lovely Portuguese style property. It is on one floor with a separate kitchen adjacent. The owner lives on site and was available if needed. The location was good - about 6 miles north of Evora. The pool was very cold on arrival but it warmed up sufficiently for us to use it a few times. "Might be hard to find for some but worth the effort. Friendly hosts open their home and farm to you. Lots of space. The pool is bigger and better than many 5 star resorts.It's a rough road for the last few k's. It's a unique and special place to stay."

"We loved our stay with Carlos and Helena. They were so welcoming, and even though we arrived very late in the evening, they took the time to show us everything about the property. They even had some food waiting for us since the grocery store was already closed! And the property is amazing - gardens, fruit trees, fish, turtles and even a castle view!
