"The house was exactly as advertised and sparkling clean. There was a nice assortment of dishes and cookware, as well as board games which was a nice surprise. The host was incredibly communicative leading up to our visit so we had a very smooth check-in and stay. If you are hesitant to book because of the gated community aspect, the host made it incredibly easy and we had no problems at check in or afterwards. Overall, this is an excellent rental and our group highly recommends it to others."

"This is a large apartment with stunning vieas of NYC, especiallly the world trade center. My family stayed here when we visited Manhattan over a long weekend. 2 nice sized bedrooms and a big kitchen/living area. Only 1 bathroom, so plan accordingly if multiple people need to shower. There is a second bathroom on the top floor in the rec room, which also has a great outdoor space to relax. There is a big TV with Netflix, and other streaming services. Parking was preyty easy.
