"I got stuck two night in Portugal trying to get home to Toronto because of the power outage. I booked this for my 80 year old mother who was traveling alone. The staff were very kind to her. Being so far away and unable to help her I am so grateful to your staff for looking after her. She also had a broken arm so this definitely did not help the situation. "

"The hotel was perfect in getting downtown and the front desk was great in answering all questions we had. We would definitely stay again. The subway and train station was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel so if you didn’t want to use the free shuttle to downtown you could quickly take those modes of transportation "

"When we arrived, we were greeted well by the front desk. The young man that showed us to our room was exceptionally sweet and nice. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he greeted us every morning. In the restaurant, Nelson became one of my favorite waiters there. He was always so energetic and full of life and positive energy. During the last two days of our nine day stay, I was sick and Nelson brought over a special tea his grandmother would make and even brought me an extra to go. The hotel doesn’t offer too many towels and despite asking three days in a row, we did not receive extra towels. We finally stopped someone in the hallway and she was able to accommodate us. Same with the in room coffee service. It was good. It was just you had to ask the right person for additional regular coffee and cream. Overall, it was in a nice section of town and we were able to walk around easily, or take an Uber if we were feeling particularly tired. Lisbon is a beautiful city and we would go there again!!"
