My Hotels.com booking confirmation and receipt were not excepted and apparently not found after waiting around for hours I was told that I would have to pay again at the hotel to stay the night as not their problem! It was a hotels.com problem and my problem! I have now paid almost €300 for a one night stay in a standard room! "
