"This place is very cute and nestled in a quieter area outside of Denver and Boulder. The hosts were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. The bathroom was also very well stocked and lots of linen in case you need to set up the sofa bed."

"This is a great space for the spouse and I to crash at while visiting my parents in the neighborhood. It is quiet and comfortable and you feel like you do have your own little house in Denver. It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. Plus plus plus! It is dog friendly. "

"My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more...

"We hosted extended family to celebrate our daughters' wedding which was planned at a Denver area wedding venue. The property doesn't look so spacious from the outside but it far exceeded our expectations! Very clean with plenty of areas for people to gather OR have some space to yourself! Kitchen and pantry abundantly stocked. Our host, DP, was accommodating and prompt to answer any question.
