Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. We were looking for a place that was close to Colorado Springs but wanted something that had a more rural feel and this unit did the trick. Although unit is located behind the owners house in a sub division, all the houses sit on a couple of acres so it feels like you are in a more remote area, especially with the mountains right behind.
