"The very small parking lot is also the lot for 2 restaurants, a bar, and a jewelry store. If you are gone through the day there is no place to park when you return to the hotel. You end up parking in a lot for other businesses and risk being towed. It is the only negative, but we found it to be very frustrating to have to drive around until someone left one of the restaurants so we could park at the hotel. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse! It was very clean and the floor plan was perfect for our group of 4. The location in Parker was great for us to be able to visit many different places in Colorado. It snowed on and off throughout the week and they kept the drive plowed so we didn’t have an issue coming and going. "Room and facilities were good a clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast available but very limited and the waffles were not good. Had my favorite cereal tho. Serveral food optikns close by and a mall pretty close. The parking lot is pretty small, a little creepy at night, and kinda dumb in design. There was also a (possibly abbandoned) car out back with several large rocks thrown thru the windshield. So that was... uh interesting. My car was fine."

The property doesn't look so spacious from the outside but it far exceeded our expectations! Very clean with plenty of areas for people to gather OR have some space to yourself! "was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out. "
