"My group found this to be the perfect spot for a weekend get away. The deck and dock are fantastic and the hot tub was very clean. The park across the street is great for all ages. If you wanted to hit a beach there is a public park 5 minutes away with a nice one. I would recommend this property to anyone and would 100% book again!"

"We were all very impressed with the house, the property, and all of the amenities. Kitchen was stocked very well. The lake was excellent for kayaks. The fire pit was a big hit also. We had a fire every night and had plenty of wood. The outdoor shower was very useful too. The only thing I might add is another bathroom."

"The cottage is cute, comfortable and clean. Sitting outside is wonderful with the beautiful view of the lake and the plentiful birds in the area. We love the simplicity and natural beauty of Croton and Hardy dams and the nearby Muskegon river, trails and town of Newaygo. It is also nice to be near enough to Lake Michigan to go explore lakeshore towns. It is a special place that we have enjoyed returning to."

"Our family of 7 plus our pup LOVES this house and it's our 4th summer making family memories! We love to water ski, wakeboard and tube and the glassy all day conditions are breathtaking! Kids fish in the morning, paddleboard, read books on the deck at sunrise and we enjoy sunset campfires. Beds are comfy, house is fully stocked with everything you could ever need and owners are quick to respond/friendly. Our kids look forward to this every year! Best place for family memories!"

"Was nice for a family not right on the water but, had its own path to their own little beach. Place was clean and nice for the price. Lots of people at the campground over the 4th. Ask host about directions for the path to the beach."

"My wife and daughter wanted to see the beach and hit some shops. Quick 40 minute drive and they were happy! My son and I wanted to try trout fishing. Walk out the back door and we caught some trout and a nice king. There is NO cell service (AT&T) or wifi but, thanks to the HUGE DVD collection at the house and some games we brought from home, everyone was happy and entertained!
