Lake front home located an hour North of Grand Rapids Michigan in Canadian Lakes Community. This Spacious home with open floor plan and Huge deck has room for the entire family and maybe a few friends too! Enjoy all that an All Sports Lake has to offer right out the back door. Bring your beach towels as this home has a boat dock and private beach area. A 23ft Pontoon is available at an extra rental fee. Enjoy the endless amenities that Canadian Lakes has to offer such as a Winter Sports Park with snow tubing, cross country skiing and outdoor ice rink. There is an18 hole golf course, two 9 hole golf courses; beaches, pickleball & Tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, fitness center, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tub and many more activities available for the whole family. Home is less then a mile from grocery store, local Restaurant, pizza joint and ice cream shop. We are dog friendly and Canadian Lakes even has a dog park for your furry friends. We have exterior Camera's with Audio located at various locations on the EXTERIOUR of the property for security purposes only. NO camera's or audio within the home itself.

Clean and roomy house
Great house for our family of 12. Very nice place to stay! We had plenty of room and liked the comfy beds and couch. Nicely decorating. Kids enjoyed the sandy beach area, fishing off the dock and going out on the lake with the paddle boat.

Great Golf Trip
We rented Cheryl's house for a golf trip with 12 guys. The house was outstanding! Plenty of room for everyone, the house had everything we needed! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away. Would be ideal for a big family looking to get away to a lake house over the summer as well!

Perfect Canadian Lakes Getaway!
We came up to Canadian Lakes for a holiday weekend with three other families of our cousins. The property was clean, spacious and just what we needed. The host was incredibly kind, prepared and communicative. We are looking forward to booking with them and this property again. This was close to everything in the town and had everything we needed. Great time at Canadian Lakes
A great vacation rental! It was as good as was described. Large, comfortable and perfect for a large family gathering. It has a wonderful beachfront with network of lakes for great boating. Close proximity to the area center Is a big plus too. Cheryl was a great host and we definitely consider coming back.

Family Vacation 2023
My family and I had a wonderful week at CLM. My granddaughters especially loved the beach and playing in the water. The pontoon rental was a great option the whole family enjoyed. The lakes were beautiful and we great weather most of the week. Overall a relaxing and fun vacation.

Home away from home
This home went above and beyond our expectations. We stayed here with our entire family: 8 adults, 4 kids and 1 baby. The house has everything we needed to entertain and make everyone in our group comfortable. The home was very clean and the owners are beyond accommodating and responsive. We will be staying again!

Amazing property!
We came to spend Thanksgiving with family from around the state. There was room for everyone, the property was amazing! And the home inviting, comfortable and such a great layout for spending time together! We played euchre, watched old movies, ate great food and there was a place for everyone. The hosts were amazing and helpful!

Family getaway
Great winter weekend getaway with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of room for our crew of 8 adults and 6 grandkids. Plenty of things to do in the house and also outdoor winter activities included Rope Tow Tubing hill and indoor pool nearby. The host was very responsive with any questions we had!

The house was spotless when we arrived and it's so open and Airy and welcoming. There were so many special touches and thoughtful items that it felt warm and inviting- like going to a close friend's home. The way the home is set up, There is always a place to find to spend time with family with out disturbing others. From the game room to the huge deck, it was an amazing stay. We also rented the boat which so nice to just go step on a go. All in all, a wonderful place for families with kids of any ages or just a friend and family get away with lots of space for everyone.

Beautiful clean spacious home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This spacious home was perfect to accommodate our large family for our sons wedding. The location was perfect! The rehearsal dinner at Antlers (right across the street) and the wedding/reception at Tullymore Golf Resort was only a couple of miles away. The added bonus was the option to rent a pontoon boat. I'm so glad we did! The family enjoyed the beautiful Canadian Lakes and my great nieces loved having access to the beach right outside the house. We definitely recommend this house for your next vacation!

Get away
The house is a wonderful little getaway for fmaily and friends. It was very spacious with all the families we had and kids. The kids loved all the games and the basement was wonderful for them. It was nice that all the adults had their own space as well. It was little disappointing that we were under the impression that we were able to use the pool, but once we got to the pool we had to pay a fee to get in.. as we thought all Canadian lakes amenities were included per the description Over all it was a wonderful stay we all had a blast, just wished there was little bit more information on the amenities part.

A great location for our winter getaway.
The space worked well for our group. We had a couple small issues in the beginning that needed attention and Cheryl was quick to respond. The rest of our stay was nice and there was plenty of room for everyone. A well stocked home. The weather did not cooperate with any snow for this winter getaway but, thankfully the ice was perfect for skating. Thank you for opening your home to us as guests. It’s so nice to have space for our large group to be together. We hope to return!

Beautiful spacious home with great lake access
This home fit my family so well. It is spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms for the entire family. The dogs enjoyed the large yard to run and play in the lake. The porch has a beautiful view of the lake with plenty of seating. The lake was clean, calm and attached to an all sports lake where you can cruise on the pontoon. It is a members only lake, which means the boat has to be registered to the home owner if it's on the lake. Cheryl offered her pontoon to rent which was a big hit with my family! Cheryl was an amazing host! She had great communication and was the best host that I've worked with! My family definitely is excited to come back! Thanks Cheryl for the great stay!
