"Hotel is well connected by tram and buses and so transportation facilities excellent. Room is good, bathroom is spacious and good breakfast spread. I would have liked better, if the staff gave out all transport facilities with Route Nos at the time of check in itself, so that the guests are aware, from the start of the stay."

"Check in was easy and very friendly. All information needed for our stay was provided with a pleasant and knowledgeable host. Room was comfortable and clean. If I had to fault anything, it would be the one bathroom that has the shower that would wet the entire room. But we did have a second bathroom with a very nice shower. Breakfast was offered as well, a good way to begin day. Overall the hotel is a very nice choice for a Rome stay."

And no sign of the proprietors after the keys were handed over. At £76 a night, this is not really acceptable. Please convey this message to the owners."
