"NO WATER!! OLD FIXTURES, WHEN WATER COMES WITH A TRICKLE YOU CAN BARELY SHOWER, NO HOT WATER, WILL CHARGE FOR BREAKFAST, TORN DRAPES, DIRTY ROOMS, FILTHY PLACE AND WE ARE SUPRISED THAT THE CITY LETS THIS PLACE OPERATE!! It’s definitely NOT a 4 star hotel, NO PARKING, WiFi only works in the lobby area!! Crazy worst experience ever!! I travel a lot and this is not even worth a 1 star "

"The breakfast was poor. No croissants delivered 2/4 mornings, no fruit or yoghurt and cereal dispenser almost empty. In effect, nothing to eat...! And no sign of the proprietors after the keys were handed over. At £76 a night, this is not really acceptable. Please convey this message to the owners."

"Check in was easy and very friendly. All information needed for our stay was provided with a pleasant and knowledgeable host. Room was comfortable and clean. If I had to fault anything, it would be the one bathroom that has the shower that would wet the entire room. But we did have a second bathroom with a very nice shower. Breakfast was offered as well, a good way to begin day. Overall the hotel is a very nice choice for a Rome stay."
