We were expecting laundry facilities (listed on the Expedia information page) however on enquiry at reception, there were none. Situated on the mainland, away from the hustle of the Venice Islands, the hotel is nice & quiet, there are some good restaurants within walking distance, & it is well placed for easy access to the tram network & buses...

"A group of us stayed at this hotel rather than in Venice as it was much more cost effective. Only a 10 min walk from the Mestre train station or just over the road the 4L bus gets you to Venice in 20 mins. The room was spotless and the cleaner did a great job. Breakfast was ok and the bar staff were super efficient. We will stay again next year. "

"When we checked in the young man was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but very clean. I really liked the shower! The lady day we went to breakfast at 7:30 (opened at 7) and everything was almost gone —they had a bus tour there but we were disappointed that morning.
