"Staff were very nice and attentive. Property was conveniently located close to food, shopping, beachfront. I asked ahead of time if there was an upgrade available, I was told yes and given the information about the room. When I got there the free upgrade for VIP Platinum was not honored and I was told we’d have to pay the rate difference. Pool was nice."

"Overall 5/5. Staff was friendly and quick to resolve all issues such as restocking my room, arranging transportation, etc. Not only so, but my room was decorated to celebrate my birthday. This place is so all inclusive that there is a 24 hour bar. Everything was wonderful. Toughest part is the pool closes at 6 but that does not ruin your stay. Book and have fun!"

"We booked a basic small room, which was very small and very basic. After checking in we discovered that the toilet wasn’t working. The gentleman at the front desk said he’d let maintenance know and the issue would be resolved by the time we returned that evening. On our return he said that maintenance was unable to come in, so he had us move to the room next door…which happened to be an executive room! What a difference, and what an excellent example of customer service done right! Location was great, though a bit noisy. Near lots of dining options. Breakfast was good. "

"The hotel is stunning! It was nice to see they have an adult only pool as well. The landscaping around the hotel is very well kept and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The AC worked perfectly. Had a very comfortable stay and would love to come back. We really enjoyed our stay!"
