I am from MI and was stuck here 3 days due to snow in New Orleans. We left the French Quarter to be closer to the airport and WOW what a great choice. They were warm, welcoming, and kind even when short staffed and overwhelmed. Very quiet and clean for a “airport” hotel. Housekeeping staff is thorough. They have bar with great food. Extremely close to the airport. They also have a lot of tv channels."

"Was stuck here during historic snowstorm. Filled up on breakfast, but no food options for the rest of the day except vending machines. Shuttle shut down, roads closed, airport shutdown, employees sparse (airport and hotel employees spent nights here too). I'd give it a 4 if it was a normal day(s)."
