The owners are letting the property go to seed. We stayed several times pre-pandemic and it was a great place. We have stayed twice in the last 30 days and the elevator was out of service each time.

Place is run down and poorly maintained. Rusted tubs, pain missing. Paint on mirrors. Just not a very nice place and not on par with other la Quinta hotels I have been at.

This property is very old and you can tell right away. The carpeting is stained everywhere I went and needs replacing. It smells musty, including in my room.

I feel like this place was “cleaned up” for Super Bowl and was still really bad. Room laminate floors were dirty, bathroom had hair on the floor, bathroom floor mat had black on it when we flipped it over.

My sheets were stained, dirty or used. Have picture of what looks like body fluid on them. Elevator not functioning. I have had major back surgery and was required to carry suitcases to third floor. Door key to staircase wound not work so I had to find alternate route to exit facility. Otherwise staff was pleasant.

Rented a room for 2 nights during the Super Bowl for 2039.00! This property is dilapidated. Our room and mattress smelled like urine with stained bedding. We kept the door open most of the time to handle the smell. The elevators didn't work and we were on the top 3rd floor. We had to change rooms because the smoke detector wouldn't stop chirping after replacing the battery. The 2nd room had to have the cable box and remote replaced. Room keys never worked even after rekeying them. However, very helpful understanding staff! DO NOT STAY HERE!
