"Our room had no place to hang clothes and yet there was a large space where a tub used to be. That would be perfect for a coat rack or even some thing on the wall where you can hang hangers. There was no lighting above the bathroom mirror. The girls at reception were very friendly and helpful."

"Such a great place to stay for an overnight between our flight and island hopping. The staff and host were so accommodating and the breakfast was absolutely spectacular! Highly recommend for a comfortable night’s stay. The little resident cat was so sweet and affectionate and made our stay so much happier. "

"We wanted somewhere to spend the day after arriving early on a cruise and flying out only at 2345. Many hotels offered limited and expensive day pass options, or a night booking with check-in around 1400! This was a $40 taxi ride but a nice, simple but comfortable guest house with great views. "Simply amazing, we had an Ocean View Bungalow for just the one night (if we had the time we would have loved to have stayed longer). Private beach, swimming pool, comfortable bed and so private, we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Highly recommend for couples or people like us who have spent weeks at sea and instead of staying overnight in Papeete on our Cruise Ship opted to rent a car and see the the real Tahiti. Loved it. "

"This property was grossly misrepresented. It was 25 minutes from airport and not even close to the beach. As we drove up pass sickly looking goats on a muddy road, we arrived at the property. It was a $30 taxi ride. Then when I was shown the room, I told the attendant it was unacceptable, she said , well you’re stuck with it, I’m not refunding you. The room was the size of the double bed. "Lovely new property just one house back from a very secluded beach. Amazing snorkeling and good surfing - if you are a strong swimmer comfortable in a constant long shore current and reef break. Only downside was they provided aluminum frypans that are not compatible with the inductive cooktop."

Valerie, Laurent, and Tom made us feel like part of the family. We had good chats about local life in Polynesia. The accommodation is clean, cozy, and spacious - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. you’ll need a car since it’s up in the hills, but the drive is easy. Every morning, Valerie spoiled us with a delicious breakfast - fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs to start the day off right. Plus, her local tips were spot-on! As first-timers in French Polynesia, we really appreciated her advice not just for Tahiti, but for the other islands too. She even helped us arrange an unforgettable snorkel tour in Moorea with Captain Taina, where we swam with stingrays, reef sharks, and turtles. A highlight of our trip so far! We can’t recommend this place enough!"
