"This place is very convenient and walking distance to town to restaurants the market of Papeete. As for cleanness: The rooms need deep cleaning and some touch ups in the rooms. "Simply amazing, we had an Ocean View Bungalow for just the one night (if we had the time we would have loved to have stayed longer). Private beach, swimming pool, comfortable bed and so private, we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Highly recommend for couples or people like us who have spent weeks at sea and instead of staying overnight in Papeete on our Cruise Ship opted to rent a car and see the the real Tahiti. Loved it. "

"This property was grossly misrepresented. It was 25 minutes from airport and not even close to the beach. As we drove up pass sickly looking goats on a muddy road, we arrived at the property. It was a $30 taxi ride. Then when I was shown the room, I told the attendant it was unacceptable, she said , well you’re stuck with it, I’m not refunding you. The room was the size of the double bed.
