"We wanted somewhere to spend the day after arriving early on a cruise and flying out only at 2345. Many hotels offered limited and expensive day pass options, or a night booking with check-in around 1400! This was a $40 taxi ride but a nice, simple but comfortable guest house with great views. Nice outside areas. Small pool. Our room was available by 1030, and was roomy and clean. Food was available from a limited menu. Friendly and helpful staff. Only negatives. A/C in the bedroom struggled in the heat of the day. Internet is not reliable away from the main hotel area. Watch out for the biting bugs as the sun goes down. "

The accommodation is clean, cozy, and spacious - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. you’ll need a car since it’s up in the hills, but the drive is easy. Every morning, Valerie spoiled us with a delicious breakfast - fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs to start the day off right. Plus, her local tips were spot-on! As first-timers in French Polynesia, we really appreciated her advice not just for Tahiti, but for the other islands too. She even helped us arrange an unforgettable snorkel tour in Moorea with Captain Taina, where we swam with stingrays, reef sharks, and turtles. A highlight of our trip so far! We can’t recommend this place enough!"
