"The weekend staff is totally different from the week one, they are not very accommodating, we waited standing up after 16 hours drive for our room to be ready as the waiting room was full, once we got our room the heater wasn’t working but we thought it would be on at certain times , unfortunately we were so tired we fell asleep in a frozen room , it was very uncomfortable. "Hotel is 2 min away from Bobigny – Pantin – Raymond Queneau metro station and it only takes 15 min to get to central Paris. The room is pretty basic, nothing fancy but clean and quite comfortable. Overall the stay was satisfactory. "

"Fairly located, about 10 min walk from the Eifel tower and about 20 mins from the Place du Trocadero. Safe to walk around even at night. We walked back from the tower around midnight. Hotel was clean and nice that had a storage facility for your baggage for about 4 to 7 euros. I didn't like that the staff wasn't as friendly, except for the person who checked us in. I guess it was with the culture, from what I heard and experience on this trip."
