"Chiara is a spectacular host. She is always available and does anything to make your stay the best. The house is large, clean, and comfortable. The showers were great with nice hot water and good pressure. The pool was a bit too cold for us to use much. The setting is lovely and the town of Panicale is a fun small place. The location is good for access to both Tuscany and Umbria. I would have liked to have a TV in the main living room to watch as a group and the kitchen could use a few more...

"Overall, this was probably the best Italian rental we have ever had. The location just beneath the wonderful hill top town of Panicale makes exploring both Umbria & southern Tuscany very doable. The million dollar view of the grove & surrounding hills from the sun room was a daily treat. Elisa has decorated the cottage with impeccable taste.
