"We stayed here with family whilst visiting the area for a wedding. The villa is located in a beautifully quiet location at the top of a hill in the village of Casalini. Loads of space inside and with all of the facilities you could ask for. A lovely big kitchen for cooking and entertaining the fam. "Chiara is a spectacular host. She is always available and does anything to make your stay the best. The house is large, clean, and comfortable. The showers were great with nice hot water and good pressure. The pool was a bit too cold for us to use much. The setting is lovely and the town of Panicale is a fun small place. The location is good for access to both Tuscany and Umbria. I would have liked to have a TV in the main living room to watch as a group and the kitchen could use a few more...

"Overall, this was probably the best Italian rental we have ever had. The location just beneath the wonderful hill top town of Panicale makes exploring both Umbria & southern Tuscany very doable. "The garden and pool are wonderfull. We really enjoyed our days at the large and beautifull pool. The appartement it self is also nice, but too small for five (three children). We were in the middle of a heat wave, so it was hot. At night it was too hot and no sufficient way to cool/ventilate the house. No decent musquito nets, so opening windows meant the musquito's would come. Too hot when it is 30 degrees at 11 p.m. We didn't cook inside not to get any more heat into the appartement....
