"We had to change our plans due to the strike of public transportation on the day we were supposed to travel and needed to stay an extra night in Cortona. We were fortunate to find this hotel on short notice and the staff was very accommodating. We were allowed to check into the room in the morning. Breakfast the next day was delicious. Friendly staff! Definitely recommend this hotel! "

"We had a room with a beautiful view looking over part of the city. Restaurants and shopping were a 5-10 minute uphill walk away, and a cafe for breakfast was just a short walk below us. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and even left us a bottle of bubbly and chocolates in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary. Very thoughtful! The room wasn't big but it was very comfortable with a bed that raised at the head and feet - very comfortable! The bathroom looked newly...
