The staff were lovely (especially Angelo) and receptionists spoke English. Hotel very clean and light. Rooms decent size. Wi-Fi and TV reception useless! The restaurant was not open and apart from a couple of bars nowhere to eat nearby without walking into the City. About a 20 minute walk into Perugia.

Hotel 4⭐, che ha bisogno di interventi di ristrutturazione, personale cordiale e disponibile. Mi hanno risolto il problema della camera, e non mi hanno fatto pagare differenza per la camera e tassa di soggiorno.

Pulizia OK. Gravi carenze riscontrate invece a proposito della TV, non funzionante per inadeguatezza tecnologica, e il servizio internet presente solo nella lobby. Inoltre il ristorante di un certo livello pubblicizzato in quanto convenzionato con l'hotel e ospitato in una palazzina storica di fronte al Perusia, era chiuso da ...anni! Un problema, perche' in zona non ci sono altre strutture di ristorazione decenti!

Το μόνο καλό ήταν το φιλικό προσωπικό. το πρωινό ελάχιστο, δεν υπάρχει εστιατόριο, ούτε bar να παραγγείλεις το βράδυ ένα ποτό να χαλαρώσεις και το πιο σημαντικό 4 ημέρες χωρίς wifi. σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο δεν είχε wifi κι εγώ έπρεπε να δουλεύω από το laptop 2 με 3 ωρες. Με άριστα το 10 θα του έδινα 3 2 για το ευγενικό προσωπικό και 1 για τους χώρους. Τίποτα άλλο

Très bon accueil. Cependant, un seul ascenseur fonctionne. Pas d'accès depuis le parking souterrain. Pas de lumière dans le parking non plus. Les serveurs du petit déjeuner sont extra serviables et gentils et polis, merci à eux !

Camera poco pulita, piena di zanzare, dovuto acquistare insetticida. Soffione doccia inservibile come pure scarico vasca, moquette sporca. Aria condizionata spenta, perché, secondo loro, è un distributore di virus. Si sono inventati "immunohotel" così evitano di sanificare impianti e consumare corrente.

Non posso giudicare più di tanto per il tempo trascorso ma più che un giudizio darei un consiglio! Siate più onesti con i clienti, rimodernizzate un po’ la struttura e eliminate subito quella moquette perché la zona dove vi trovate merita strutture più accogliente e la vostra può esserlo

Abbiamo accettato una camera sapendo che non c'era l'aria condizionata per via delle procedure anticovid anche se la reputo assurda. La stanza era totalmente esposta al sole con finestre e dunque con un grande effetto serra nella stanza. Abbiamo dormito la notte con le finestre aperte, praticamente sotto le stelle con tutti i rumori della strada. Un'esperienza da dimenticare. Sicuramente le stanze non esposte al sole e con muri e non solo finestre, hanno sofferto molto meno la condizione. una cifra salatissima per una notte trascorsa così.

Posizione-camera-colazione = idonee Pulizia camera da rivedere - ti trovi il personale alle 8 che vuole rifare le camere Parcheggio sotterraneo abbandonato e sporco con uno dei due ascensori rotto. Il disagio più grande è stato il non funzionamento dell’aria condizionata = da star male
