"This house is charming and amazing in every way. Super clean, everything you'd need. So pet friendly, which is hard to find.We had everything we needed, were so comfortable, and loved staying here. We originally booked it for one night while we were moving across the country. The winter storm put a wrench in our plans and, thank goodness, we were able to book it again for a second night.We cant say enough about the house and the owners."

"We had a great time staying at Shady Oak! House was very nice and had everything you needed. From gas grill, all kitchen utensils and cookware. Washing machine and dryer were a big plus after being on the lake all day. Easy contacting host with a little issue with the front gate, but she answered immediately and was able to resolve the issue within minutes. Overall great experience and excellent service from host!"

"Quiet neighborhood in south Amarillo, easy to get to TX A&M and Amarillo. Everything is easy and clear. Perks include really sweet back porch fire pit and swimming pool, and garage. Would definitely recommend this for a quiet yet close rental."
