"Everything was great except for the electric. It definitely needs an upgrade. You couldn't run both air conditioners at the same time for very long. Forget about using a blow dryer it trips the breaker. The dock was on deep water which was awesome, however it can use an upgrade too. Overall it was a good place to stay for a weekend but maybe a little over priced for what you get. "

"We were at the lake for a high school bass fishing tournament. The place was perfect for us with two bedrooms, one for the two boys and one for me. Parking with a boat was pretty tight but doable. The place was super clean and the landscape was awesome. The owner was great along with the communication. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in our short time staying at the property. I will rent again the next time we have a tournament at PK! "

"This property is not for everyone. The main reason I say that is due to the layout. There are two very large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. The kingsize beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor is extremely steep with stairs that are very shallow. There is a warning sign at the base of the stairs asking folks to use the railing. It wold appear that most folks do because the railing is getting loose at the top of the stairs. What adds risk is that fact that the stair...
