I really enjoy the view from the room to the pool area, gives a home away from home feeling. The staff is always very friendly when I have stayed here and morning breakfast is enjoyable to sit in the dining area and have the view of the pool area and all the greenery.

The room and everything was as expected. The only item I have to mention is that for some reason, the AC cut-off in the morning and then came back on at around 7am. Not sure as to why since the temperature was warmer than the setting. Other than this, we enjoyed our short stay.

I booked this hotel based on the good ratings. The staff was friendly. However, I was very disappointed. The rooms had an odor, the guest across the hall left dirty boots in the hallway, guests were smoking outside at most entry points and in truck beds leaving cigarette butts on the ground. Trash was all over the parking lot. Grass was not maintained. Pets are allowed but we had an issue with large, aggressive dogs that tried to attack our small dog. The best thing I can say is that Wal-Mart is within a 5 minute walk. Oh, they also ran out of clean bath towels. I would not recommend.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub areas. They were very clean. We could walk to Walmart and several restaurants were within walking distance. Our suite was large and roomy. The hotel is older, well kept and clean.

The room had a strong smell of air freshener covering up smoke. The air conditioner was rattling and making a ton of noise. We told the front desk it seemed like it was about to go out because it wasn’t cooling well. They were unable to help. The pull out couch didn’t have sheets, a blanket, or a pillow.

It was cleaner than where we stayed before (La Quinta). Overlooked where it said no elevators, which is big no for those have mobile issues. And all hotels have the right to up the price, too high. There should be a law against hiking the price because of events happening.
