Since this is a condo, don't expect the same level of onsite service as a hotel as front desk hours are quite limited. Sofa bed was not usable and when we requested a replacement, front desk recommended we purchase an air mattress from Walmart (we requested and expected three usable beds when we made the reservation and were only provided with two)."
