"My life was placed in danger. What a nightmare!. The host was 4 hrs late picking me up, it was already dark. I was taken by way of a small fishing boat to the vessel I had reserved through your organization and dropped off. It was Pitch black, no electricity, no water, no dingy or way to get back to the island. The windows were all busted out. There were no blankets or anything with which to cover up. It got down to 40° overnight and rained. This was not at all the boat I reserved. Come to find...

"A great adventure for a couple. Centrally located to all major attractions in Sarasota and just minutes from SRQ airport. Home is practically brand new and reminds us of our boating adventures. Make sure to kayak the canals and walk to the sunset beach in the little neighborhood to the west. Tom, the host was super helpful and did a great job in building the water home. Make sure you get the exact address of the marina too. Enjoy!!"

"We arrived by our own boat and loved every minute! Perfect for teens who like a little adventure. The most beautiful sunset and star gazing spot in Cortez/AMI! Brittany was awesome and accommodating with frequent changes. We had dolphins and manatees saying hi. Caught a small grouper off the boat!"

"No communication. The host told us 6:00 when the check in was 4:00. Then she changed it to 7:00. Then after 8 but after 9:00 and no show . It was dark ans we watched everyone pulling out their boats and jet skis. No one ever asked us why we were there. "The hotel was absolutely fantastic, The staff are very friendly and happy and nothing is too much trouble. The room we had was lovely very clean with lots of space loved the separate dressing room. Breakfast was very good the doughnuts were absolutely delicious. There is a restaurant & bakery in front of the hotel which was very good too. While we were there was an issue with the pool as it was closed and waiting for a part to fix it, Although it was beyond the hotels control it was an issue for us but they were very accommodating and we were compensated for the trouble. Will definitely be staying again."

"We had a nice stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, clean, and air conditioning worked great. It is remarkable considering the significant storm damage to their first floor and to the surrounding area. They are up and runing!"
