"Overall good. Pros: Beautiful view, layout and functionality of suite, nice pool and hot tub, quiet. Cons: We never received room cleaning service, the couch and chair in the living room area were worn and a bit dirty. A bit inconvenient getting onto the property by car if coming from Gulf Boulevard."

"We were provided good instructions on where to check in due to latest hurricane event. Autumn checked us in, gave us our VIP perk wine and was very quick/easy to accommodate on any issue we had. For the price and amenities this place worked very well for our party of 4. Overall pleased, but was disappointed with the elevators not working especially being on the upper floors for the gulf view. We are in shape and don't mind the extra exercise but may not be acceptable to others. The property...

"A very nice stay. Very central to restaurants and a quick 20 min drive to downtown St. Pete. The beach is expansive and beautiful and our condo was mostly clean and quiet. Only downside was the sporadic front desk hours and definitely could tell they had not washed the tile floors before our arrival. Overall, would stay again."

"Great place right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and right on the tram line for exploring this wonderful area. Staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated (but I believe that a refurbishment is happening) but was clean and offered everything we needed for our two night break. We were sorry to leave and will return in the future."

"This is the place to stay in Siesta key! Been coming here for many years and even though the ownership has changed the quality has not declined. They graciously accommodated us even though some of the units in their other buildings were not ready for our arrival. In the main building where we stayed we saw no evidence of any damage. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was delightful, and we will be back!"

"Overall it is a nice property. It is near the airport so be prepared for planes flying over frequently. We had a nice meal at the Tarpon TIki grill and enjoyed the entertainment. Pool was warm and clean. The only issue we had was little to no water pressure. The water actually stopped flowing twice during my shower. If you can live with that inconvenience than this is a good choice for you."

"Connecting with the host was good. My husband fell over one of the parking blocks and scabbed up his knees pretty good. I had to use lines to clean him up. The host provided extra linens for this case.Room was clean, beautiful shower, big refrigerator and utensils provided. This is in no way against the owners but this unit is on the 2nd floor. There is not an elevator. Because it is on the street side we listened to traffic all night long. This may not bother everyone but notable.Overall...
